We run every engagement through the same four stages regardless of size, because skipping one is almost always where projects go wrong later. Discover is the one people are most tempted to shorten, and it's the one that costs the most to shorten.
Define is where most of the actual decisions get made, before a single pixel exists. By the time we open a design file, we already know the tone, the constraints, and what 'done' looks like, which is why Design moves faster than clients expect. Deliver isn't a handoff; we stay through launch, not just to the final file.
Structure isn't the opposite of creativity — it's usually what makes room for it. Knowing exactly what stage you're in means nobody's guessing whether feedback belongs in this round or the next one.
